Prihtee Paintz Review and Swatches: I 8 the Glitter and Slimeballz

Provided For Review

Good morning!! It's the last day of the weekend! :( I'm doing nothing today! :P After hubby gets home from work, I have to pick up my daughter's presents for her birthday this Saturday and run some other errands.. I'm running low on acetone and Walgreens has Sinful Colors on sale this week! ;)

A few months ago, Prihtee Paintz was looking for bloggers to review her polish. I, of course, jumped on the bandwagon! :D I got to pick two polishes and a lip balm (not pictured and review coming later!). Let me tell you, it was difficult to choose just two! All of the polishes are beautiful and fun and the names are awesome!! I ended up picking "I 8 the Glitter" and "Slimeballz". I got my package last week, and since there was a significant delay, a small bottle of cuticle oil was thrown in, as well (not pictured and review coming later!) I have to say that communication with Prihtee Paintz has been fantastic.. she replied right away when I messaged her and the little extra was really appreciated :)

Slimeballz is a beautiful green holo. It looks like an olive green in the bottle, but it is actually a very sheer light mint green. I used 6 thin layers and there was still VNL. Application was smooth, balding and patchiness were minimal, compared to a lot of other holos I've tried. I think Slimeballz would look great over a similar colored base color. I did use top coat in these photos so I think it may have dulled the holo a bit, but I noticed when I was outside that the holo was still there! Unfortunately, I didn't get a photo of that :( And somehow, I forgot to take photos not holding the bottle?!

I love holos, especially in colors that you really don't see, so I'm glad I picked this one. I ended up wearing this as a full mani for a week (as you can tell from the polish level in the bottle) :D

I 8 the Glitter is a girly glitter bomb! It has white stars, teal hexes, bright blue hexes, small fuschia glitters, holo glitters, and holo micro glitters that remind me of China Glaze's Fairy Dust. I layered this over Pure Ice Riding in Style. I did have to turn the bottle upside down a few times to get the stars to come out and place them on my nail. I used 2 coats of Glisten and Glow HK Girl top coat, since some of the stars wanted to poke off of my nail and 1 of the teal glitters didn't lay completely flat. In the bottle and on the nail, it looks like the teal glitters are curling, but it's just the reflection :)

Prihtee Paintz is 3-free, and she also sells beauty and body products. Prices for polish are $10.50 for a 5ml bottle and there is international shipping available. Currently, there is a sale running on a few items :) Unfortuntely, the two polishes I reviewed are not available due to the glitters not being available. Be sure to follow on Facebook for new releases and current sales :D
